This makes a big batch of hot chocolate mix. One batch often lasts us all winter, kept in a sealed container.
Ingredients:
- 1 16 oz box of Quick
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 8oz package of powdered milk
- 6 oz chocolate powdered creamer
- 1 box chocolate pudding mix
Instructions:
Use a sifter to pour each ingredient into a very large bowl. The sifting is especially important for the powdered milk, which tends to have some large granules.
Stir (or shake, if container has a lid) until all ingredients are mixed.
To make hot chocolate:
Add 4 heaping (or 8 level) tablespoons of mix into a mug of very hot water (2 minutes in the microwave works for me). Add a little milk, cream, or half-and-half to make it creamier.
Sprinkle with cinnamon for a different taste.
