Link exchange, anyone?:

I’m opening up the bottom slot on my site to links to other people’s websites in exchange for a return link to I used to have an ad down there for mobile phone screen protectors but nobody ever bought them so I took it down. I’d like to help promote other people’s websites instead. If you’re interested, all you need to do is put a link to my site on your page and then... read more...

August 2011 Mini-Newsletter Update

Hello everyone, Those of you who are subscribed to my newsletter may also be subscribed to my new or updated article update emails as well. I’ve recently upgraded the backend software that handles mailings and there have been some problems. For example, the new version has spaces for first AND last names, whereas the previous version only had one name field. Because of this, NO NAMES were migrated, and so mail was going out addressed to...

August 2011 Newsletter

Hello and thank you for subscribing to my low-volume newsletter. I haven’t written one of these in a while and so I figured it was time. Recently you may have received four “new article” updates in just a couple of days with links to articles about my cats. Rest assured, the site is not being taken over by cats! I just had meant to write those articles for quite some time and I had some...

December 2009 Newsletter

It’s been ages since I did one of these. It has been the craziest year I have had in a long time and this was just sort of tucked away in the back of my mind, waiting to find time to escape. I suppose the most important things that happened this year should be brought up. In August 2008, Dan proposed to me on a boat in the middle of Silver Lake, NH. It was beautiful....

May 2008 Newsletter

Well it’s been a while since the last newsletter. As far as the website goes, I’ve upgraded the software I use to run it, and after working out a bug where all of the titles vanished, it seems to be quite stable. I’ve added a few features. One is a copy&paste bit at the bottom of each article on the off chance anyone wanted to link to it. Another is an additional search box at...

September 2007 Newsletter

Well it has certainly been an eventful summer. Some of it has been good, some of it has been bad. On a personal front, I relocated from the Atlanta, Georgia suburbs to the Cleveland, Ohio suburbs with my son and the cats and all of our stuff. I’m trying to sell the house in Georgia now. We’re now renting a house together with Dan, and so far it’s going really well. On the travel front,...

Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter...

~ Tuesday, June 12, 2007

From time to time I will write a newsletter that is emailed to subscribers. It may give information about new features or articles on the site. It may talk about something new and monumental in my life. It may give state secrets (but probably not). How often the newsletters are sent out depends entirely on how exciting my life and my site are at any given time.

What it boils down to is that if you want to make sure you’re on top of things, and be the envy of your peers, you can subscribe to the newsletter. Remember you can unsubscribe at any time!

You can also choose to be notified any time a new article is posted on the site. Spiffy!

Subscribe me to the newsletter!

February 2001 Newsletter

Wow, February! This is one of my favorite months of the year. Why? because it’s the month that contains MY BIRTHDAY!! WOOHOO! That’s right… I’ll be 29 on the 11th of this month. I got the robotic camera mount a couple of weeks ago but we haven’t set it up yet. We aren’t going to set it up until we get the living room cleaned up. At the moment, we’re all a bit sick and...

January 2001 Newsletter

Greetings to all, and I hope you had a good holiday season, whichever holidays you celebrate. If you happened to not celebrate any holidays, for pete’s sake, MAKE SOME UP! They’re far too much fun to live without :) My suggestion is to make sure it involves lots of food and presents :) Well 2000 is over and the bug didn’t eat me. Not that I thought it would. My son started school, and the bug...
